(وعليه) أي المستعير (مؤنة رد) العارية إلى مالكـ (ـها) كمغصوب فيردها إلى الموضع الذي أخذها منه إن لم يتفقا على ردها إلى غيره، (وليس له) أي المستعير (إعارة) ولا إجارة ما استعاره إلا بإذن لأنه لا يملك منافعه
