(قَوْلُهُ: وَلَوْ عَلَوِيًّا أَوْ تُرْكِيًّا) هُوَ الصَّحِيحُ لِعَدَمِ الضَّرُورَةِ وَلِلِاحْتِيَاطِ.

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لَا يَجِبُ نَظَرًا إلَى الْعَادَةِ كَمَا فِي شَرْحِ الْمُنْيَةِ.

(قَوْلُهُ: لِإِمْكَانِ حَلْقِهِ) أَيْ بِخِلَافِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَإِنَّهَا مَنْهِيَّةٌ عَنْهُ بِالْحَدِيثِ فَلَا يُمْكِنُهَا شَرْعًا فَافْهَمْ.
