بِقَوْلِهِ : (وَإِنْ قَالَ) فِي بَيْعِ الْمَذْرُوعِ (كُلَّ ذِرَاعٍ بِدِرْهَمٍ أَخَذَ الْأَقَلَّ بِحِصَّتِهِ) لِصَيْرُورَتِهِ أَصْلًا بِإِفْرَادِهِ بِذِكْرِ الثَّمَنِ (أَوْ تَرَكَ) لِتَفْرِيقِ الصَّفْقَةِ.
