(بِحَضْرَتِهِ لَا) لِتَعَلُّقِ حَقِّهِ بِهِ كَمَا مَرَّ (إلَّا إذَا عَلِمَ بِهِ) بِالْعَزْلِ (الْمَدْيُونُ) فَحِينَئِذٍ يَنْعَزِلُ.
