(قَوْلُهُ لِإِثْبَاتِهَا) عِلَّةٌ لِلْمَسْأَلَتَيْنِ. قَالَ فِي الْهَامِشِ: اخْتَلَفَتْ مَعَ الْوَرَثَةِ فِي مُؤَخَّرِ صَدَاقِهَا عَلَى الزَّوْجِ وَلَا بَيِّنَةَ فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهَا بِيَمِينِهَا إلَى قَدْرِ مَهْرِ مِثْلِهَا حَامِدِيَّةٌ عَنْ الْبَحْرِ.
