(قَوْلُهُ وَلَا يَرْجِعُ بِالْعُهْدَةِ) أَيْ بِحَقِّ التَّصَرُّفِ كَطَلَبِ الثَّمَنِ وَغَيْرِهِ، وَالْعُهْدَةُ فُعَّلَةٌ بِمَعْنَى مَفْعُولٍ مِنْ عَهِدَهُ لَقِيَهُ قُهُسْتَانِيٌّ

(قَوْلُهُ لِفَكِّهِ الْحَجْرَ) ظَاهِرُهُ أَنَّ قَوْلَهُ: وَلَا يَرْجِعُ تَفْرِيعٌ عَلَى قَوْلِهِ فَكُّ الْحَجْرِ، وَجَعَلَهُ الْقُهُسْتَانِيُّ تَفْرِيعًا عَلَى كَوْنِ تَصَرُّفِهِ لِنَفْسِهِ
