(شَرَطَا الشَّرِكَةَ فِيهَا) أَيْ فِي الرَّطْبَةِ (فَسَدَتْ) لِشَرْطِهِمَا الشَّرِكَةَ فِيمَا لَا يَنْمُو بِعَمَلِهِ.
