(وَقِيلَ فِي عَمُودَيِ النَّسَبِ: رِوَايَتَانِ) ذَكَرَهُمَا الْقَاضِي، إِحْدَاهُمَا: تَجِبُ ; لِأَنَّ نَفَقَتَهُ مَعَ اتِّفَاقِ الدِّينِ، فَتَجِبُ مَعَ اخْتِلَافِهِ كَنَفَقَةِ الزَّوْجَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَةُ: لَا تَجِبُ، وَنَصَرَهَا فِي " الشَّرْحِ " ; لِأَنَّهَا مُوَاسَاةٌ عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْبِرِّ، وَالصِّلَةِ، فَلَمْ تَجِبْ مَعَ اخْتِلَافِ الدِّينِ كَأَدَاءِ زَكَاتِهِ إِلَيْهِ وَعَقْلِهِ عَنْهُ وَإِرْثِهِ مِنْهُ.
