وَعَنْهُ: مَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَغْلِبُ عَلَى الظَّنِّ صِحَّةُ الدَّعْوَى بِهِ كَتَفَرُّقِ جَمَاعَةٍ عَنْ قَتِيلٍ، وَوُجُودُ قَتِيلٍ عِنْدَ مَنْ مَعَهُ سَيْفٌ مُلَطَّخٌ بِدَمٍ، وَشَهَادَةُ جَمَاعَةٍ مِمَّنْ لَا يَثْبُتُ الْقَتْلُ بِشَهَادَتِهِمْ، كَالنِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ
