(فإن تصرَّف) المؤجر في العين المؤجرة (ويد المستأجر عليها، بأن سكن) المؤجر (الدارَ، أو أجرَها لغيره) بعد تسليمها للمستأجر (لم تنفسخ) الإجارة بذلك؛ لما مَرَّ. (وعلى المستأجر جميع الأجرة) لأن يده لم تَزُل عن العين
