[باب ذكر النهي عن بيع الرطب بالتمر] ٨٠٥٩ - أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله، قال: أخبرنا ابن وهب، قال: أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث أن بكيرا حدثه، عن عمران بن أبي أنس، أن مولى لبني مخزوم حدثه أنه سأل سعد بن أبي وقاص عن الرجل يسلف الرجل الرطب بالتمر إلى أجل، فقال سعد: نهانا رسول الله ﷺ عن هذا (٢)، وقال بكير: وهذا نهي عنه.
