وَلَا يَصِحُّ رُجُوعٌ إلَّا بِقَوْلٍ كَرَجَعْتُ في هِبَتِي أَوْ ارْتَجَعْتُهَا أَوْ رَدَدْتُهَا وَنَحْوُهُ، مِمَّا يَدُلُّ وَلَا بِتَصَرُّفِهِ أَوْ غَيرِهِ وَلَوْ نَوَى بِهِ الرُّجُوعَ.
