مسألة: لا شفعة في العروض والحيوان، خلافا لمن يحكى عنه ذلك؛ لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (الشفعة فيما لم يقسم) ، وقوله (إذا ضربت الحدود وصرفت الطرق فلا شفعة) ، ولأنه مما ينقل ويحول كالذهب والفضة.
