مسألة: وإذا تيمم ثم رأى الماء قبل الدخول في الصلاة بطل تيممه إن لم يخف الفوات. خلافا لأبي سلمة. لقوله عليه السلام: (التراب كافيك ما لم تجد الماء فإذا وجدت الماء فأمسسه جلدك) . ولأنه معنى يريد لا يراد نفسه فإذا تعين له مبدله قبل التلبس بمقصوده لزمه الانتقال إليه كالحاكم إذا بان له النص قبل الحكم باجتهاده.
