مسالة: وعنه في حبس الحيوان والسلاح روايتان: إحداهما اللزوم، والأخرى نفيه؛ فدليلنا على اللزوم قوله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- في خالد: "إنه احتبس أدرعه وأعتده في سبيل الله" ولأنه أصل يبقى ويصح الانتفاع به كالعقار.
