مسألة: لا يجوز الجمع بين الأختين في الملك في استباحة الوطء، خلافا لداود، لقوله تعالى: " وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين " فعم، ولأنها صارت فراشا للرجل فلم يجز له استباحة أختها ما دامت فراشا كما لو تزوجها، ولأنه أحد طرفي استباحة الوطء كالنكاح.
