مسألة: فصل: ولا يلزمه كفارة أخرى، خلافا لما يحكى عن مجاهد؛ لأنه وطء بعد استقرار وجوب الكفارة فلم يجب به كفارة ثانية كالوطء الثاني. والثالث، ولأن كل معنى تعلقت الكفارة فيه بوطء فإذا تلاه بوطء آخر بعد وجوب الكفارة بالوطء الأول لم تجب به كفارة أخرى، أصله الفطر في رمضان.
