مسألة: الوضوء بفضل الهر مباح غير مكروه. خلافا لمن كرهه. لأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - أصغى لها الإناء حتى شربت منه). ولأنه روي عنه أنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - توضأ من إناء شربت منه هرة). ولأن ملاقاتها للنجاسات تقل بخلاف الكلب وغيره.
