(فصل) لا يجوز الانتفاع بجلد الميتة قبل الدباغ، خلافا للزهري. للظواهر في المنع، ولقوله عليه السلام: (هلا أخذتم جلدها فدبغتموه فانتفعتم به) فشرط في إباحة الانتفاع به أن يدبغ، ولأنه جزء منها كان حيا فوجب أن ينجس بالموت أصله اللحم.
