مسألة: الإحداد واجب على الزوجة المتوفى عنها، وحكي عن بعضهم أنه غير واجب؛ فدليلنا، أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم سئل عمن مات زوجها فاشتكت عينها هل تكتحل؟ فقال: "لا" ، ولأن الزينة والطيب داعيان إلى النكاح فمنعت منه كالمحرم، ولأنها لما منعت من التصريح بالخطبة في العدة وكان التطيب والزينة أبلغ في الدعاء إلى النكاح منه كان أولى بالمنع.
