مسألة: الغسل من تغسيل الميت مستحب وليس بواجب. خلافا لمن أوجبه. لقوله عليه السلام: (الماء من الماء) . ولأنه تغسيل فلم يجب منه اغتسال كغسل الثوب. ولأنه لو غسل الحي لم يجب أن يغتسل مع تأكد حرمته على الميت فكان تغسيل الميت أولى. * باب الحيض
