مسألة: ولا دية في إتلاف شيء من الشعور، وقال أبو حنيفة: تجب في أربعة في اللحية وشعر الرأس والحاجبين وأهداب العينين؛ فدليلنا أنه إتلاف شعر فلم يضمن بدية كشعر الصدر، ولأنه معنى لا تألم بقطعه، فلم يضمن بالدية كالشارب.
