مسألة: في كل واحدة من الشفتين نصف الدية، وروي عن زيد بن ثابت أن في العليا ثلث الدية، وفي السفلى ثلثيها؛ فدليلنا أنهما عضوان يجب فيهما دية كاملة، فإذا لم يجب في الباقي منهما الدية كاملة، كان فيه نصف الدية كاليدين.
