مسألة: إذا عض أصبع رجل فجبذ أصبعه من فيه فانقلعت أسنان العاض ضمنها، وقال يحيى بن عمر وغيره: لا يضمنها، وهذا هو النظر، لأنه إتلاف أدى إليه دفع جائز كصول الفحل، والعلة فيهما واحدة.
