مسألة: إذا نحر شاة من غير ضرورة، أو ذبح بعيرا، لم يؤكل تحريما، على خلاف بين أصحابنا فيه؛ لأن الشرع ورد في البعير بالنحر وفي الشاة بالذبح، فإذا خالف لم يؤكل، ولأنه ذكاه بذكاة غيره من غير ضرورة كما لو قتله بالجوارح والسهام.
