مسألة: الشهادة على الشهادة تقبل في الجملة، خلافا لداود؛ لقوله تعالى: "وأشهدوا ذوي عدل منكم" ، وقوله: "فاستشهدوا شهيدين من رجالكم" ، فعم كل أمر يصح الإشهاد عليه، وروي عن علي عليه السلام أنه أجاز الشهادة على الشهادة (٤،) ولم يخالفه أحد، ولأنه نقل طريقته الأمانة كالشهادة على الإقرار.
