فصل: ودليلنا على أن الولد لا يكون لأكثر من أب واحد قوله تعالى: "وورثه أبواه" ، وقوله: "أشكر لي ولوالديك" ، وقوله: "ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه حسنا" ، ولأن استحالة ذلك في الشرع جارية مجرى الأمين من طريق المشاهدة.
