مسألة: الجدة أم [أب] الأب غير وارثة، خلافا لأكثرهم؛ لأنها أم جد، كأم جدات الأم، ولأن جنبة الأم في الميراث أقوى من جنبة الأب، فإذا لم يرث من جهة الأم أكثر من جدتين فجنبة الأب أولى.
