مسألة: وإذا اجتمع جدتان قربى من جهة الأب وبعدى من جهة الأم ورثتا، خلافا لمن قال: إن القربى تسقطها؛ لأن أم الأب تدلي بالأب، والأب لو اجتمع مع أم الأم لم يحجبها، فبأن لا يحجبها من يدلي با لأب أولى.
