(فصل) : ودليلنا على أن المغرب لا تعاد, قوله عليه السلام: (لا تصلى صلاة في يوم مرتين) فعم. ولأنها وتر فإذا أعادها حصل وتران في ليلة من جنس، وذلك ممنوع. ولأن إحدى الصلاتين تكون متنفلا بها والتنفل لا يكون إلا بثلاث ركعات.
