(فصل) وفي لزومه في الجنابة روايتان: فوجه نفيه ما ذكرناه من أنه في حيز الباطن فلم يجب كطهارة الحدث، ووجه الوجوب أنه ليس بباطن في أصل الخلقة وإنما هو باطن بحائل، فلم يكن كالباطن الأصلي وإيصال الماء إلى بشرة الرأس في الجنابة يتخرج على هذا الخلاف.
