(فصل) ولا يلزم إيصال الماء للبشرة فيما تحت اللحية في الوضوء، خلافا لأبي ثور، لأنه ببطونه خرج عن المواجهة فلم يلزم غسله، ولأنه شعر يستر ما تحته في العادة فوجب أن ينتقل الفرض إليه، أصله شعر الرأس.
