مسألة: ومن مسح برأسه ثم حلق شعره لم يعد، خلافا لعبد العزيز بن أبي سلمة لقوله تعالى: {وامسحوا برءوسكم} ، وهذا قد فعل، ولأنه عضو زال عنه حكم الحدث بتطهيره، فزوال ما بوشر بالتطهير منه لا يوجب إعادته كسائر الأعضاء.
