(فصل) : إذا افتتحها بنية القصر فأتمها عامدا فلا تجزيه خلافا لبعضهم؛ لأنه دخل فيها بنية قصر فلم يكن له نقلها إلى غيره، أصله إذا افتتحها بنية الإتمام. ولأنه إذا نوى القصر وقد انتظمت النية للعدد الذي نواه من الركعات، فإذا أتمها حصلت تلك الزيادة بغير نية، وغير جائز أن ينوي ساعة فعلها فتفريق النية على الصلاة لا تصح ".
