مسألة: لا تصح الصلاة على الجنازة إلا بطهارة، خلافا للشافعي، لظاهر الأخبار. ولأنها عبادة يدخل فيها بتكبير ويخرج منها بالتسليم، فكان من شرطها الطهارة، كسائر الصلوات. ولأنها مساوية لسائر الصلوات في وجوب النية والستر واستقبال القبلة فكذلك في الطهارة.
