مسألة: تجب الزكاة في السخال خلافا لداود، لقوله عمر - رضي الله عنه -: (تعد عليهم السخلة يحملها الراعي على كتفه ولا نأخذها) ولا مخالف له، وقد روى مرفوعا: (ويعد صغيرها وكبيرها) وفيه ضعف، ولقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: (في أربعين من الغنم شاة) ولم يفرق، والاسم عام، ولأنه نماء حادث عن مال تجب في جنسه الزكاة كربح المال.
