مسألة: إذا كان معسرا حال الوجوب لم يلزمه بيسره من بعد، خلافا لمن أوجبه، وحكاه من أهل الخلاف من الشافعية عنا، ولا أصل له. ودليلنا: أن وقت الوجوب صادفه وهو ممن لا تلزمه الزكاة لعسره فيما بعد، أصله إذا أيسر بعد يومين أو ثلاثة.
