مسألة: لا يجوز الوضوء بنبيذ التمر، لقوله تعالى: {فلم تجدوا ماء فتيمموا} ، فلم يجعل بين الماء والصعيد واسطة، ولأنه مائع لا يجوز الوضوء به حضرا فلم يجز به سفرا كاللبن ولأنه مائع لا يرفع الحدث كسائر المائعات، ولأنه على أصلنا نجس.
