مسألة: لا يلزم التتابع في صوم كفارة اليمين، وذلك يرد في كتاب الأيمان، ولا يلزم في قضاء رمضان، خلافا لداود، لقوله عز وجل: {فعدة من أيام أخر} ولم يشترط التتابع؛ ولأنه صوم يقصر عن شهرين فلم يجب فيه التتابع كفدية الأذى. [التباس الشهور على أحد في بلد العدو]
