مسألة: المبيت بالمزدلفة سنة مؤكدة وليس بركن، خلافا لبعض التابعين؛ لأن كل ما جاز تركه لعذر لم يكن ركنا كطواف القدوم والوداع؛ ولأنه مبيت بمكان فلم يكن شرطا في الحج كالمبيت بمنى.
