مسألة: وإذا مس الشعر فالتذ به فعليه الوضوء. خلافا للشافعي. لقوله تعالى: {أو لامستم النساء} . ولأنه جزء من البدن متصل به اتصال خلقة فأشبه اللحم ولأنه جزء من البدن يلحقه طلاقه فأشبه ما ذكرناه.
