دَاخِل الأُْذُنَيْنِ: ٤ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي اعْتِبَارِ دَاخِل الأُْذُنِ مِنَ الْجَوْفِ. وَبِنَاءً عَلَى ذَلِكَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي إِفْطَارِ الصَّائِمِ بِإِدْخَال شَيْءٍ إِلَى بَاطِنِ الأُْذُنِ إِذَا لَمْ يَصِل إِلَى حَلْقِهِ (٣) . وَفَصَّلُوا الْكَلاَمَ فِي ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ الصِّيَامِ فِي بَابِ مَا يُفْطِرُ الصَّائِمَ.
