١١ - وَمَا يَسِيل مِنَ الأُْذُنِ فِي حَالَةِ الْمَرَضِ نَجِسٌ، وَفِي انْتِقَاضِ الْوُضُوءِ بِهِ خِلاَفٌ بَيْنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ مَبْنِيٌّ عَلَى خِلاَفِهِمْ فِي انْتِقَاضِ الْوُضُوءِ (٤) بِكُل خَارِجٍ نَجِسٍ مِنَ الْبَدَنِ، وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمُوا عَلَى ذَلِكَ فِي بَابِ الْوُضُوءِ عِنْدَ كَلاَمِهِمْ عَلَى نَوَاقِضِ الْوُضُوءِ.
