إِثْبَاتُ شُرْبِ الْمُسْكِرِ بِشَمِّ الرَّائِحَةِ: ٨ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي إِثْبَاتِ الشُّرْبِ الَّذِي يَجِبُ بِهِ الْحَدُّ بِشَمِّ رَائِحَةِ الْخَمْرِ فِي فَمِ الشَّارِبِ (٤) . وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي (أَشْرِبَةٌ) .
