يُشْتَرَطُ الذُّكُورَةُ فِي الشَّهَادَةِ عَلَى الْحُدُودِ وَالْقِصَاصِ ٢٥ - لِمَا رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ: " مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ بِأَنْ لاَ شَهَادَةَ لِلنِّسَاءِ فِي الْحُدُودِ وَالْقِصَاصِ ".
