الطُّمَأْنِينَةُ لِلْمَرِيضِ فِي صَلاَتِهِ: ١٦ - قَال النَّوَوِيُّ (٢) : لاَ يَلْزَمُ الْمَرِيضَ الطُّمَأْنِينَةُ عِنْدَ الْقِيَامِ؛ لأَِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مَقْصُودًا لِنَفْسِهِ. وَاخْتَلَفَ الْحَنَفِيَّةُ (٣) هَل هُوَ سُنَّةٌ أَمْ وَاجِبٌ؟ وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ يُرْجَعُ فِيهِ إِلَى مُصْطَلَحِ: (صَلاَة) .
