٢٥ - وَمَذْهَبُ الشَّافِعِيَّةِ: أَنَّ الإِْمَامَ أَوِ الْقَوْمَ إِنْ قَدَّمُوا رَجُلاً فَأَتَمَّ لَهُمْ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ أَجْزَأَتْهُمْ صَلاَتُهُمْ، عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ قَدَّمَهُ الْمَأْمُونُ أَوْلَى مِمَّنْ قَدَّمَهُ الإِْمَامُ لأَِنَّ الْحَظَّ لَهُمْ، إِلاَّ إِذَا كَانَ الإِْمَامُ رَاتِبًا فَمُقَدَّمُهُ أَوْلَى. وَإِنْ تَقَدَّمَ وَاحِدٌ بِنَفْسِهِ جَازَ (٤) .
