ب - لَبَنُ الْحُمُرِ الأَْهْلِيَّةِ: ٤ - رَخَّصَ فِي أَلْبَانِ الْحُمُرِ الأَْهْلِيَّةِ عَطَاءٌ وَطَاوُسٌ وَالزُّهْرِيُّ، بَيْنَمَا هِيَ نَجِسَةٌ مُحَرَّمَةٌ عِنْدَ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ وَالشَّافِعِيَّةِ وَالْحَنَابِلَةِ وَهِيَ مَكْرُوهَةٌ عِنْدَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ (١) .
