الْحِيلَةُ فِي قِرَاءَةِ الْحَائِضِ ٧ - قَال الْحَنَابِلَةُ: لاَ يَحْرُمُ عَلَى الْجُنُبِ قِرَاءَةُ بَعْضِ آيَةٍ مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ طَوِيلَةً وَلَوْ كَرَّرَهُ لاَ إِعْجَازَ فِيهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَحَيَّل عَلَى قِرَاءَةٍ تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ كَقِرَاءَةِ آيَةٍ فَأَكْثَرَ؛ لأَِنَّ الْحِيَل غَيْرُ جَائِزَةٍ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ أُمُورِ الدِّينِ (٢) .
