ثَانِيًا: حُرْمَةُ تَنَاوُل الْمُخَاطِ: ٥ - نَصَّ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ عَلَى حُرْمَةِ تَنَاوُل الْمُخَاطِ، قَالُوا: إِنَّ الْمُخَاطَ وَإِنْ كَانَ طَاهِرًا إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ مُسْتَقْذَرٌ، وَيَحْرُمُ تَنَاوُل الإِْنْسَانِ لَهُ لاِسْتِقْذَارِهِ لاَ لِنَجَاسَتِهِ (٤) .
